Another episode of “Raffy Tulfo in Action” which was uploaded on December 12 on its official Facebook page has gone viral. In the episode, Raffy Tulfo helped a man named Ronald Balinas confront his wife’s lover. Balinas is an overseas Filipino worker who found out that his wife has been cheating on him, and that his wife has been mistreating their children. He then sought the help of Tulfo’s show because he wanted her out of their home and he wanted to gain custody of their children.
Raffy Tulfo asked Balinas if he has any proof of his allegations, and the seaman answered yes. He proceeded to show Tulfo a video which was taken by his nephew. In the video, Balinas’s wife can be seen touching herself inappropriately while on a Skype video call with another man. Tulfo refused to look at the video and instead asked his assistant hosts to inspect it because they were women. His co-hosts confirmed that it certainly looked like the wife of Balinas was engaging in ‘video s*x’ with another man.
Tulfo proceeded to call Marissa Balinas, the wife of Ronald Balinas. When asked to explain, Mrs. Balinas denied all her husband’s allegations and said that she did not engage in ‘video s*x’ with another man. She insisted that she was merely waxing herself. “Hindi ako nag-mast*rbate ser. pinaliwanag ko na sa kanya ‘yan, kung anong ginawa ko. Nag-wax po ako ‘nyang time na ‘yan.” Tulfo asked his co-hosts who saw the video if this was true, saying that as women, they should be able to tell what Mrs. Balinas was really doing in it. One of them answered that it did not look like she was waxing herself, but instead looked like she was really mast*rbating. Tulfo then turned to Mr. Balinas and asked him to talk to his wife. Balinas then addressed her and told her that he wanted her to move out of their house because not only was she cheating on him, she was also beating up their children. Mrs. Balinas again denied these allegations and said that her husband was merely accusing her of things she did not do.
Seeing as the conversation was going nowhere, Tulfo decided to call the alleged lover of Mrs. Balinas who was “Junis“. When Tulfo finally got him on the phone, he denied that his name was Junis and introduced himself as Aries Badilla. Badilla, who was apparently also a seaman like Ronald Balinas, denied the cheating allegations as well. Tulfo asked him if he also had a wife, to which he answered yes. He was then asked how he would feel if he found out that his wife was cheating on him, “Diba may kasabihan sa ating mga kalalakihan? Ang kay Juan ay kay Juan, and kay Pedro ay kay Pedro.” Badilla brushed the question aside and instead said that he has nothing to do with Mrs. Balinas.
This enraged Tulfo, who told him that the proof of their illicit affair was overwhelming. Raffy Tulfo at this point held nothing back and cursed at Badilla, saying that the show can call the company that Badilla was working for and have him fired. Badilla all of a sudden begged and said “‘Wag naman, ser.” Tulfo responded, “Ngayon nagmamakaawa ka. Wala kang respeto. Nakakalalaki ka na. P*tangina mo. Kung hindi dahil sayo hindi maghihiwalay itong si Ronald at si Marissa.” He added that Badilla should know that two children are suffering because of his wrongdoing. “Kung nandito ka lang iningudngod ko na mukha mo sa inidoro,” Tulfo said.
Raffy Tulfo turned to Ronald Balinas again, and said that Balinas cannot throw his wife out of their house as they are married. As such, their house is their conjugal property. He added that if Balinas really wants to part ways with his wife, the partitioning of their property is something that they should sort out between the two of them. However, as regards custody, Tulfo said that MSWD or the Municipal Social Welfare Development will make the children choose which parent they want to be with.
The show then accompanied Ronald Balinas, his wife, and his children, to MSWD to discuss custody. When their children, both girls, were asked which parent they want to live with, they both said that they cannot choose at the moment. They added that they did not want to grow up in a broken family. Balinas then said that if they cannot choose yet, he is willing to give their custody to Mrs. Balinas for the time being. The only thing that he asks of his wife is that she stop mistreating them and beating them up. MSWD then said that they will assign a social worker to monitor the well-being of the children while they are under the custody of their mother.
Ronald Balinas then took out his daughters to eat. In tears, Balinas thanked the show for helping him be with his children sooner than he expected during his vacation.
